Giddy-Up screen is showing a “Diagnostics” page, what does this mean?

A diagnostics screen is the Giddy-Up decoder flagging no signal being received from the SKY decoder. It will show the blue diagnostics screen and alternate with the GU default page (Picture of the Giddy-Up Logo). It will reboot every 15 minutes in an attempt to fix the problem itself.

If your Giddy-Up screen is showing a diagnostics screen, you need to ensure:

  1. That your SKY is working
  2. That the video lead running between Giddy-Up and the SKY Decoder is plugged in (view decoder pictures for an explanation of where the cords should be plugged in.)
  3. That the Giddy-Up decoder is working, it is advisable to reboot the Giddy-Up decoder

If all of the above is connected, then you’ll need to contact the Giddy-Up office for further advice / support.

Giddy-Up screen is black / has white writing on screen / Frozen on an image or past race.
