The Best Long Shot selection has become a punters favourite in venues everywhere, quite often providing a big priced winner. Where a long shot is not provided, we add a race comment that is an overview of the race designed to help punters best handle each race and back a winner.

What meetings are covered?

Giddy-Up provides racing information 7 days a week, covering all Metropolitan and selected Provincial and Country meetings.

Definitions:

Odds Required: Giddy-Up frames markets on Saturdays, Wednesdays and selected Carnival Days. If the odds offered by the TAB are greater than the odds displayed on our screen we believe these runners represent good value. If a runner is under the odds we believe their odds are not a true indication of their winning chance.

Ratings: On other race days we offer ratings, The horses rated on screen vary between 0 – 100, with 100 being our top rated runner. As a rule of thumb each 5 point difference represents a length of ability.

Best Long Shot: This runner is identified as the best “Roughie”, while it definitely isn’t the best chance in the race, the BLS represents the horse at good odds with a realistic winning chance.

Race Comment: The comment is an overview of the race, which is designed to help punters best handle each of the races and back a winner.
